When you bring a car in, you're usually already worried about what's wrong and what it will cost. Our job is to help you understand the problem without pressuring you. We take pride in explaining things clearly and treating every customer with respect.
The shop carries Nicole's name, and that was Jimmy's idea: a way to make the place feel personal and welcoming. After years working in someone else's shop, we opened our own from the ground up, on our own terms, to be honest, approachable and built on trust.
